Pricing
Prices quoted on our web site include VAT at the standard UK rate of 17.5%
Any price changes to those published on our web site will be notified to the customer by e-mail, telephone, fax, post or by any other means available before the order is processed and any money is charged to credit or debit cards, or cheques cashed.

No surcharges are made for credit card payments.

Payment

Payment must be made in British Pounds Sterling using one of the following methods:-

Goods will be despatched following receipt of cleared funds. Please note that goods ordered by credit card/PayPal must be delivered to the cardholders address unless a prior arrangement has been made with the credit card company.

Cheques, etc. should be made payable to "Sites4All Limited".


WE TAKE FRAUD VERY SERIOUSLY.
Any attempt to obtain goods by deception or to commit fraud by abuse, misuse or illegal use of cheques or credit cards, including, but not limited to, illegal charge-backs, will result in action being taken to prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law. To reduce the risk of fraud Ultraseal Southampton reserves the right to refuse an order if the transaction is not authorised. Additional security checks, including address verification and telephone confirmation, may be made to determine the authenticity of purchasers. These checks do not breach any of your rights but are merely to protect you and ourselves from fraud. Any personal information is held in a secure area within our offices and is not released to any third party.

Delivery
Ultraseal Southampton uses national carriers for delivery of goods. Whilst every effort is made to ensure goods are received on the day specified we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods. It is the responsibility of the person ordering the goods to be available to sign for them at the time of delivery or, in their absence, an authorised person.

Product Descriptions & Specifications
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the products we supply match the descriptions and specifications listed on our website, Ultraseal Southampton cannot be held responsible for any variations or changes in product specifications that may be made from time to time by the manufacturers or our suppliers.

Delayed Despatch of Goods
Ultraseal Southampton will normally request payment when goods are in stock however in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil the order within 14 working days* of payment a full refund will be made to the customer. Where an agreed payment has been made a number of days in advance for the pre-ordering of new product lines etc. the client can cancel their order up to 5 working days* prior to the intended delivery date and a full refund will be made. No refund or cancellation can be made for bespoke items that are specifically manufactured for the customer without our authorisation.

Damaged goods / incorrect goods
In the unlikely event that goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged Ultraseal Southampton must be informed within three working days*. A replacement unit or full refund will be made. All packaging must be retained for inspection. For customers resident in the UK goods will be collected and refunded or replaced within 10 working days*, subject to availability of suitable replacements.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the goods for quality and condition in the presence of the carrier. If there is a shortage or if any of the goods are received in an unsatisfactory condition you, or the recipient, must so endorse the carrier's delivery document and contact us within 24 hours. Once delivered and signed for the goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Policy
If you feel that a product is faulty, please ensure that the problem does not lie elsewhere. If you still feel you have a faulty product please contact us before returning the goods. Returned goods will not be accepted except by prior arrangement.

Product Warranties
Tyre pressure monitors have a one year manufacturers warranty from new. Where a fault occurs within this period the product should be returned, at your cost, to Ultraseal Southampton for a replacement. [See Returns policy, above]

* Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive.
